Questions
What counts as an action?
A refund or customer credit that Onceproof has verified in Stripe. Blocked, rejected and failed actions are free, and a retried or replayed request for the same action is counted once.
What happens after the included actions?
Each further verified action costs 5¢, billed at the end of the month. Nothing is cut off, and the console shows your usage as it happens.
How does the free trial work?
14 days on any plan. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Billing in the console, through Stripe's customer portal.
Does Onceproof hold my customers' money?
No. Refunds and credits run on your own Stripe account. Onceproof controls, verifies and records them; it never holds funds.
